The Director of Clinical Growth and Expansion will lead strategic growth initiatives focused on expanding the company's ABA service network and hiring quality ABA providers (BCBAs, RBTs). This experienced professional will leverage strong project management skills and Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) expertise to drive initiatives that enhance partnerships, streamline internal processes, and expand the network of individuals receiving quality ABA services. A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with relevant business or clinical knowledge is preferred.
