Job summary

My Team ABA in Maryland seeks a Director of Clinical Growth and Expansion to lead the strategic growth of our ABA service network and recruit top ABA providers (BCBAs, RBTs). The role leverages project management and OBM expertise to streamline processes and expand partnerships with payers and stakeholders.

The position focuses on expanding access to high-quality ABA services while maintaining a family-centered approach and strong collaboration with healthcare partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Behavioral Science, Psychology, or related field.
• 2+ years in business development, partnerships, or strategic growth roles in healthcare/ABA.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships.
• Project management experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain strategic relationships with Medicaid and commercial insurers for credentialing and favorable reimbursement.
• Navigate payer networks and credentialing processes to onboard ABA services.
• Represent the organization at payer meetings, industry conferences, and stakeholder events to raise market awareness and collaborations.
• Support hiring initiatives for staff including BCBAs and behavior technicians.
• Lead outreach to referral sources (providers, schools, community agencies) to increase awareness and referrals.
• Contribute to proposals, presentations, and business cases for growth opportunities.
