The role requires a Master's degree, active BCBA certification, and over 2 years of experience in business development within the ABA field. Responsibilities include managing insurance relationships, supporting recruitment efforts, and navigating credentialing processes. Qualifications

• 2+ years of demonstrated success in business development or strategic growth roles within ABA.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with active certification required.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst with the State of Maryland.
• Experience engaging with Medicaid and commercial payers preferred.
• Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) expertise or related training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain strategic relationships with Medicaid and commercial insurers.
• Navigate payer credentialing processes to onboard ABA services effectively.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences to enhance market awareness.
• Support hiring initiatives to onboard behavior analysts and technicians.
• Lead outreach efforts to referral sources to increase awareness.
