Job summary

Brighter Strides ABA, LLC in Columbia, MD seeks a dedicated BCBA to lead clinical care, conduct FBAs, design BIPs, and supervise RBTs in children’s ABA programs.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Active LBA license in NC or eligible for immediate licensure.
• 1–2 years of ABA program design for children with ASD.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide field supervision and coaching to RBTs.
• Lead parent training and family partnership activities.
• Monitor client progress data and adjust plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with daycare staff, educators, and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation and BACB compliance.
