Job summary

Intermountain Centers is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services in clinic and home settings for individuals with autism and related disorders. You will supervise RBTs/BHTs, develop treatment plans, and train families and staff in evidence-based ABA methods.

The role includes data-driven program management, ongoing assessments, and collaboration with families and the CFT to ensure quality outcomes. Licensure and BCBA certification are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification and AZ licensure required.
• Experience with children and/or adults with autism spectrum disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and supervision of RBTs and BHTs.
• Develop, facilitate, and train ABA programs including DTT and natural environment teaching.
• Train caregivers and support generalization of skills in clinic, home, school, and community.
• Coach team on ABA treatment plans, FBAs, and Behavior Support Plans.
• Create data collection systems to monitor progress and efficacy.
• Conduct norm-referenced and criterion-referenced assessments as needed.
• Meet with staff to discuss consumer issues and provide support.
• Review and sign off on treatment plans and supervision protocols.
