Job summary

Children Making Strides is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead assessments, treatment planning, and supervision for center and in-home ABA therapy cases. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistency and progress in therapy and to train Behavior Technicians and RBTs.

Candidates must be BCBA certified with strong ABA knowledge and experience with children on the autism spectrum.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BCBA certification.
• Excellent knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and supervise the implementation of ABA therapy programs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including parents, caregivers, and other professionals, to ensure consistency and progress in therapy.
• Provide training and guidance to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in implementing therapy techniques.
• Monitor and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
