Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise a small team and manage a caseload of 8–10 clients in a Center Based program in New Jersey. The role emphasizes data-driven treatment and collaboration with staff and families.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/adolescents or adults with various needs.
• Knowledge of ABA interventions, earning theories, ethics, laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload of 8–10 clients.
• Review session data with staff and families; adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide supervision through meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families about treatment concerns and staff.
