Opal Autism Centers is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Winston-Salem, NC center. This full-time, in-person role focuses on sustainable caseloads, high clinical quality, and robust support to clinicians, with dedicated leadership and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience working with children with autism and/or early intervention populations.
• Current CPR & First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity expectations aligned with quality care and evolving payer requirements.
• Conduct ongoing treatment integrity observations and protocol modification to support individualized clinical outcomes.
• Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration consistent with medical necessity, treatment intensity, and payer expectations.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and audit-ready clinical documentation in alignment with state, funder, and ethical requirements.
• Support caregiver training and skill generalization across settings to promote long-term client success.
