Job summary

Hopebridge is seeking a BCBA to deliver evidence-based pediatric autism therapy in a center setting. You will design and supervise individualized intervention plans, conduct FBAs, and collaborate daily with Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Psychologists.

You will mentor RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and new BCBAs while coordinating care across treatment teams and families. A strong emphasis on mentorship and mission-driven care is core.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field (Required).
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice (Required).

Responsibilities

• Direct Clinical Care: conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: partner daily with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists to provide holistic care.
• Mentorship & Leadership: supervise RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
• Administrative Flexibility: complete treatment planning and POC updates during WFH days.
• Parent & Caregiver Support: train families to ensure home-clinic consistency.
