Job summary

Hopebridge is seeking a BCBA to lead pediatric autism therapy within a fully equipped center. You will design individualized intervention plans, conduct behavioral assessments, and mentor clinical staff while collaborating daily with Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Clinical Psychologists.

The role emphasizes compassionate, evidence-based care, mentorship, and opportunities to work with underserved communities, including Medicaid recipients.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, special education, psychology, or related field is required.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct clinical care: conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and psychologists to provide holistic care.
• Mentor and supervise RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.

Education

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
