Job summary

Hopebridge is seeking a BCBA to provide compassionate, evidence-based pediatric ABA care in a center setting. You will design individualized intervention plans, perform FBAs, and mentor clinical staff while collaborating with SLPs, OTs, and psychologists to deliver integrated care.

The role emphasizes mentorship, leadership, and flexible work arrangements, including work-from-home days for administrative tasks and a focus on mission-driven, accessible care for Medicaid and under-served families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Special Ed, Psychology, or related field is required.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct Clinical Care: conduct FBAs and design individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: work daily with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists to provide holistic care.
• Mentorship & Leadership: supervise RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and new BCBA hires.
