Job summary

Hopebridge seeks a BCBA to lead clinical care for pediatric learners in a center setting. You will design intervention plans, conduct FBAs, and collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists to deliver integrated care.

You will mentor RBTs and BCBA Fellows while coordinating with clinical staff. A focus on mentorship, professional development, and family training supports program quality.

Qualifications

• BCBA credential required and in good standing.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Direct clinical care with FBAs and individualized plans for pediatric learners.
• Collaborate daily with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists for holistic care.
• Mentor and supervise RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
• Complete treatment planning and POC updates during work-from-home days.
• Provide training and support to families for home/clinic consistency.
