Autism Learning Partners, a leading female clinician‑led ABA agency, seeks aspiring BCBAs to join our Clinician Compass Program. We offer a clear path toward BCBA certification, extensive onboarding, mentorship, and flexible scheduling. Compensation includes base wages with a clear pathway to higher roles and bonuses.

We provide paid exam prep, supervision support, and opportunities for CEUs, with extensive training and a collaborative culture focused on client outcomes and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Aspiring BCBAs welcome; Compass Program accelerates path to BCBA.
• Enrolled in or completed Master’s in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program.
• Experience using software solutions for data collection and programming.
• 2–3 years of ABA experience.
• Ideal candidates are 6–12 months from BACB exam readiness.
• Position may require fingerprinting, TB test, pre-employment physical exam (paid by employer).

Responsibilities

• Work under the guidance of a BCBA within the Clinician Compass pathway, including paid fieldwork, trainings, and monthly mentorship.
• Supervise and evaluate client programs, provide parent education, conduct assessments, and resolve problems to ensure progress under supervision.
• Mentor and guide behavior technicians to implement treatment plans effectively.
• Balance direct intervention with supervisory duties and manage a dynamic caseload.
