Job summary

Autism Learning Partners seeks aspiring BCBAs for a fully supported path to certification, with mentorship, ongoing training, and flexible scheduling. Base compensation starts at $28+ per hour, plus onboarding and supervision hours to help you pass the BCBA exam.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, ABA or related program.
• Experience with data collection software.
• 2–3 years in ABA field.
• BCBA exam readiness within months.
• Fingerprinting, TB test, pre-employment physical paid by employer.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate client programs under BCBA guidance.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians to implement treatment plans.
• Balance direct intervention with supervisory duties across caseloads.
