Job summary

Autism Learning Partners seeks aspiring BCBAs to join a large, clinician-led ABA team. You will receive mentorship, pursue BCBA certification, and access extensive training while working with families and clients in both home and clinic settings.

You’ll embark on a structured pathway with supervision hours, study support, CEUs, and flexible scheduling to balance patient care with career advancement. Employment is at-will and supports a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or completed Master’s degree in psychology, child development, special education, applied behavior analysis, or related program.
• 2-3 years of experience working in the field of ABA.
• Experience with data collection software and programming.
• 6–12 months from being ready to sit for BACB exam.
• Fingerprinting, TB test, and pre-employment physical may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate client programs, provide parent education, conduct assessments, and solve problems to ensure continuous client progress under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Mentor behavior technicians, helping them learn, grow professionally, and implement treatment plans effectively.
• Balance direct intervention with supervisory responsibilities and manage a dynamic caseload.
