Job summary

Autism Learning Partners in Massachusetts is hiring clinicians to join our Clinician Compass Program, designed to guide you toward BCBA certification. Base pay is $26-$29 per hour, with a path to $85k+ as you advance, and bonuses through the Compass program.

We provide 60+ hours of onboarding training, supervision support, and CEU opportunities, plus a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k). Flexible M-F scheduling with paid evenings and no non-compete agreements.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or completed Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program.
• Experience working with software solutions for data collection and programming.
• 2-3 years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Ideal candidates are 6-12 months from BACB exam readiness.
• Finger printing, TB test, pre-employment physical exam required (paid by ALP).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate client programs under a BCBA, provide parent education, conduct assessments, and solve problems to ensure client progress.
• Inspire growth and progress: mentor and supervise behavior technicians and ensure effective implementation of treatment plans.
• Balance direct intervention with supervisory responsibilities and adapt to a dynamic caseload.
• Support the Clinician Compass pathway with paid fieldwork and monthly mentorship sessions.
