Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, ABA, or related field.
• Enrolled in or completed BACB certification track; BCBA-ready within ~12 months.
• Experience with data collection and programming software for ABA.
• 2–3 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate client programs under BCBA guidance.
• Provide parent education and conduct assessments to drive progress.
• Mentor behavior technicians and balance direct intervention with supervision.
