Family of Kidz in Nassau County, NY is seeking a Behavior Consultant/BCBA to support students with individualized behavioral plans in collaboration with schools and families.

Responsibilities include conducting FBAs, designing BIPs, data analysis, coaching classroom staff, and participating in IEP/CSE processes. This role may be full-time or part-time with benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• Active NYS BCBA/BCABA or LBA certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year supporting children and families.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized behavioral supports with schools and families.
• Conduct FBAs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Design, implement, and monitor BIPs aligned with goals.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to guide interventions.
• Provide coaching and feedback to classroom staff.
