Job summary

Covenant Case Management Services is seeking a skilled Licensed Behavior Analyst to develop and implement individualized behavior support plans for members with challenging behaviors. You will observe, analyze data, and revise plans to reduce target behaviors, while training staff and caregivers on positive techniques.

You will independently manage a caseload, participate in treatment plan meetings, and utilize tele-consultation when needed.

Qualifications

Master's degree in ABA or Psychology is required.
Full licensure with the NC Behavior Analyst Licensure Board is required.
Background check clearance is required and must not be listed in NC Health Care Abuse Registry.
Active NPI number, CAQH, and NCTracks profile are required.
Professional liability insurance coverage of at least $1M/$3M is required.
Familiarity with NC Innovations Waiver program is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and oversee behavior support plans following Clinical Coverage Policy 8P.
Observe clients, record and analyze data, and monitor plan implementation.
Assess progress, revise PBSPs to reduce target behaviors.
Provide monthly training sessions to staff and caregivers on positive behavior techniques.
Independently manage a caseload and participate in treatment plan meetings.
Utilize tele-consultation services when necessary.
