Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver evidence‑based ABA across ASD/IDD populations in homes, schools, and workplaces.

You will design and supervise Behavior Plans, conduct assessments, train staff, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement interventions. Doctoral/Master’s in Psychology and BCBA certification are required; remote and hybrid options are available.

Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA and able to implement ABA programming.
• Experience in behavioral assessment and behavior plan design.
• Doctoral or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field; BCBA certified.

Responsibilities

• Model and train staff in Positive Behavior Support.
• Serve on Interdisciplinary Teams with behavioral expertise.
• Design, assess, train, monitor, and report on Behavior Plans.
• Conduct functional analyses and interpret results.
• Provide direct behavioral treatment and skills coaching in all settings.
• Participate in relevant committees and follow policies.
