Autism Learning Partners (ALP) is seeking a BCBA to join a clinician-led organization that offers hybrid scheduling, strong support, and autonomy to focus on clients and families. A BCBA certification through BACB is required.

You will supervise Behavior Technicians, conduct FBAs, develop ABA programs, and provide parent education. The role combines in-home, school, and telehealth supervision with a flexible schedule, onboarding, CEUs, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• BCBA certification required and BACB certification.
• Background check, TB test, pre-employment physical, and immunities to MMR/VZV required.
