Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is seeking a BCBA in Massachusetts to lead clinical care for caseloads, design individualized treatment plans, supervise Behavior Technicians and Program Managers, and partner with families to drive progress.

You will work in a clinician-led organization with up to 50% telehealth, flexible scheduling, and strong onboarding support. A BCBA certification and MA LBA are required, with earning potential and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required by BACB.
• Active LBA certification in Massachusetts required.
• Experience supervising Behavior Technicians and staff is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead by Example and supervise technicians and program managers to ensure fidelity.
• Develop and adjust ABA programs based on FBA findings and client needs.
• Educate and support families to maximize treatment gains.
• Communicate effectively to promote collaboration and growth within the team.
