Job summary

EDU-AIDs LLC is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Connecticut. The candidate will conduct FBAs, develop ABA treatment plans, and supervise RBTs, while training families and educators in behavior-analytic strategies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• BCBA certification from BACB is required.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure where required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and other behavioral assessments.
• Develop and update individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Establish measurable treatment goals based on assessments.
• Analyze data to evaluate treatment effectiveness.
• Provide direct and indirect clinical services as appropriate.
• Supervise and train RBTs and other staff.
• Train parents, caregivers, teachers in behavior-analytic strategies.
