Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. You will design and oversee ABA programs, supervise team members, and collaborate with families to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required; licensure and certification per state rules.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations and work independently.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on floor, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to ethical guidelines of BACB and PBS.

Responsabilités

• Conducting FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Providing supervision and training to team members, family members, and stakeholders.
• Implementing ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to prioritize behavior reduction, skill acquisition and generalization.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans to ensure success of the client and family.
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines set by BACB and PBS policies.
