Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCaBA) to join a mission-driven team. You will design and supervise ABA programs, guide and mentor staff, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful progress for clients.

PBS offers flexible scheduling, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth, mentorship, and ongoing CEUs. Travel to client sites may be required to deliver high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required for eligibility.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Ability to supervise and mentor staff including RBTs and students.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and family members.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Ensure ethical compliance with BACB standards and PBS policies.
