Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCaBA) to join our mission-driven team. You will design and supervise ABA programs, mentor staff, and partner with families to achieve meaningful gains.

This role offers flexible scheduling, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and ongoing CEUs. Travel to client locations is required, with work in home, school, or community settings to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and a related degree.
• Licensure/credentialing requirements may apply by state and locality.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to staff and families.
• Implement ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure adherence to BACB ethical guidelines and PBS policies.
