Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA to design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality ABA services for clients. The role involves collaborating with families and professionals to support progress and ensure ethical practice.

The BCBA/BCaBA will supervise Behavior Assistants and RBTs, conduct FBAs, and develop individualized plans across home, school, or community settings, advancing skill acquisition and behavior reduction.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB and related degree
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
• Providing supervision and training to team members and family members
• Implementing ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies
