Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB along with a related degree.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, families, and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to reduce challenging behavior and promote skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
