Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and oversee ABA programs. You will supervise staff, supervise and mentor RBTs and analysts, and ensure high-quality services in diverse settings, while maintaining ethical standards and family-centered care.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families and professionals to maximize client progress, with a focus on skill acquisition, generalization, and quality of life for clients and families.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and related degree.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members including RBTs and analysts.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
