Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and supervise ABA programs, supervise staff and RBTs, and ensure high-quality services for clients in homes, schools, and community settings.

You will collaborate with families and professionals, conduct FBAs, and monitor data to adjust plans while upholding BACB ethics. PBS emphasizes work-life balance, mentorship, and career growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise and mentor team members and RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Conducting FBAs and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Supervising and training team members and staff.
• Implementing ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborating with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyzing data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensuring ethical compliance with BACB and PBS policies.
