Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA or BCaBA to join our mission-driven team. You will design and oversee ABA programs, supervise RBTs and analysts, and ensure high-quality services for clients and families.

You will collaborate with families and professionals, conduct FBAs, and develop individualized treatment plans while upholding BACB ethics and PBS policies, with a focus on life-changing outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Ability to travel to client locations.
• Able to engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to PBS principles and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and families.
• Implement and oversee ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
