Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA to join our mission-driven team.

You will design and supervise ABA programs, collaborate with families, RBTs, and teachers, and ensure high-quality services across home, school, or community settings. You will lead functional assessments, supervise staff, analyze data, and ensure compliance with BACB guidelines while advancing ethical, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification with BACB in good standing.
• Related degree required and licensure/certification per state requirements.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to prioritize behavior reduction and skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans for client and family success.
• Ensure adherence to BACB ethics and PBS policies.
