Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and supervise ABA programs, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality services for clients and families. You will lead FBAs, create individualized plans, and train team members in ethical, evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification with BACB and a related degree.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans is required.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and families.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Ensure adherence to BACB ethics and PBS policies.
