Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA or BCaBA to join our team. You will design and oversee ABA programs, supervise RBTs and Student Analysts, and build trusting relationships with families while ensuring high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB and a related degree.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.
• Ability to engage with clients and support quality of life changes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
