Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design, supervise, and optimize ABA programs for individuals with developmental challenges. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, mentor RBTs, and ensure high-quality services in line with BACB ethics.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families, data-driven treatment planning, and clinical oversight across home, school, or community settings, with a strong commitment to work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required; licensure and certifications follow local/state rules.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and families.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to monitor client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
