Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join a mission-driven team delivering ethical, person-centered ABA services.

You will design and oversee intervention plans, supervise assistants and RBTs, and ensure high-quality care across home, school, and community settings. You will collaborate with families and professionals to monitor progress, analyze data, and adapt plans while upholding BACB ethics and PBS policies.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB along with a related degree.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to engage with clients and handle physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, families, and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
