• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals to support progress
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans
• Ensure adherence to BACB ethics and PBS policies
