Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and oversee ABA services across home, school, and community settings. The role includes supervising staff, mentoring team members, and ensuring ethical, client-centered care.

You will collaborate with families and professionals to drive meaningful outcomes, using data-driven plans and BACB-aligned ethics to guide practice. Travel to client locations is expected in this role.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Ability to travel to client locations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, family members, and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA programs in home, school, and community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans for client and family.
