Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to lead and supervise ABA services, designing and overseeing individualized intervention plans across clients in home, school, and community settings.

You will collaborate with families and professionals, analyze data to monitor outcomes, and ensure ethical adherence to BACB standards, while supporting professional growth and mentorship within a mission-driven PBS team.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, families, and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
