Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our mission-driven team dedicated to ethical, person-centered ABA services.

You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality care for clients and families. This role offers flexible scheduling, a supportive environment built by BCBAs for BCBAs, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations.
• Ability to engage with clients and handle physical interactions as needed.
• Create PBS-based systems to improve quality of life for individuals and families.
• Develop an organization that attracts competent, enthusiastic professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and families.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
