Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and supervise ABA programs across home, school, and community settings. You will mentor staff, conduct FBAs, and ensure high-quality care for clients with autism and related challenges.

The role emphasizes ethical practice, teamwork, and flexible scheduling to support families while maintaining work-life balance for BCBAs.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Ability to supervise and mentor team members.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
