Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and oversee ABA programs, supervise staff, and collaborate with families. The role emphasizes ethical, person-centered care across home, school, and community settings.

You will work in a collaborative, mission-driven team dedicated to meaningful change and quality of life outcomes for families affected by autism. PBS offers flexibility and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Related degree required; licensure and credentialing may vary by state.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Assistants, RBTs, and students.
• Implement ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data and adjust plans to ensure client and family success.
• Ensure alignment with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
