Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join a mission-driven team providing high-quality ABA services in homes, schools, and community settings.

As a BCBA, you will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise Behavior Assistants and RBTs, and mentor junior staff while maintaining ethical BACB guidelines and family collaboration for lasting quality of life changes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree in a relevant field.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members including PBS employees, families and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA programs in home, school, or community settings to prioritize behavior reduction and skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
