Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join a mission-driven team dedicated to ethical, person-centered ABA services.

You will design and supervise behavior intervention plans, mentor Behavior Assistants and RBTs, and ensure high-quality care for clients. You’ll work with families in home, school, and community settings, monitor progress with data-driven decisions, and maintain BACB ethics compliance.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Related degree required; licensure may vary by state.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data and adjust plans to ensure client and family outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
