Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. You will design and oversee ABA programs, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality services for families.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification with a related degree.
• Experience in developing and overseeing behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee ABA programs tailored to each client.
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Assistants, RBTs, and analysts.
• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
