Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a mission-driven team delivering high-quality ABA services. You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans and supervise staff while ensuring ethical, client-centered care.

Qualifications

Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
Related degree required.
Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

Conducting FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans
Providing supervision and training to team members and stakeholders
Implementing and overseeing ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress
Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans
