Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification with BACB in good standing.
• Related degree required or preferred for BCBA/BCaBA roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and caregivers.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
