Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our mission-driven team, delivering ethical, person-centered ABA services.

You will design and supervise behavior intervention plans, mentor staff, and collaborate with families to support meaningful progress. The role involves conducting FBAs, leading clinical supervision, and delivering therapy across home, school, or community settings while upholding BACB guidelines and PBS policies.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification with BACB
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations

Responsibilities

• Conducting FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Providing supervision and training to team members including families and stakeholders
• Implementing ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies
