Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and oversee ABA services for clients with behavioral challenges.

You will supervise and mentor team members, including RBTs, and ensure high-quality, ethical practice in home, school, or community settings. You will lead assessments, develop treatment plans, analyze data, and collaborate with families and professionals to promote lasting quality of life improvements.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to client locations and have reliable transportation.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and families.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure ethical compliance with BACB and PBS policies.
