Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and oversee ABA plans, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality services for clients. You will work across home, school, and community settings, guiding teams and families while maintaining BACB ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB along with a related degree.
• All roles are subject to local and state requirements related to licensure, credentialing and certification.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Conducting FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Providing supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implementing ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
